Raw Material

Milling

Sinter

Forging

The forging process can make the material obtain higher density, better mechanical properties, and play a role in strengthening the surface. Accurate control of the processing rate and forging temperature of tungsten and molybdenum materials is an important factor for the superior performance of Mengchang tungsten and molybdenum materials. Rolling

Applications

Tungsten molybdenum alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to liquid zinc, which is used to manufacture agitators, pipes, vessel liners and other parts in zinc smelting industry. Tungsten molybdenum alloy is more economical than pure tungsten because of its good high-temperature strength, similar properties to tungsten and smaller specific gravity than tungsten, so it has been used more and more widely in recent years. It is widely used in high-temperature components of rockets and missiles, filaments and parts of electronic tubes and other high-temperature materials under high temperature conditions, including the thermal field of sapphire long crystal furnace.
